  • This is our 'rested' gin, pink in colour from resting on fresh Australian cherries. Sounds delicious & believe us it is! Just keep in mind this is not a sweet gin! We would describe this gin as a dry floral style, which does have a fruit driven element, but also plenty of juniper punching through!

    Botanicals used include Juniper (plenty of it!), Ginger, Coriander, Cardamon, Apple & Finger Lime.
