If we are talking classics, there is nothing more classic than a good dry martini – this one is a personal favourite of Connor.
Dry but not dirty:
- 85ml Angry Duck Gin
- 5ml Dry Vermouth
Glass: cocktail
Garnish: olives
Both Connor and Issí worked at Gin Palace, and there is no drink that either of them drank more than a good old classic Martini, served extra cold!
In this recipe, we are making a classic dry Martini, served with olives rather than a a twist to bring out more savoury spiced notes. We usually recommend Maidenii Dry vermouth, while Connor particularly loves to use a french vermouth this Martini, called Dolin Blanc.
